"GRRRLS Dance Camp" is a multi-level, full-immersion dance theater program for girls, ages 9-16. 8 year olds will be admitted on a case by case basis and by permission of director only.
Camp will be held June 15th - July 3 (9:30am - 2:30pm). Come for one, two or three weeks!

Based on the work and theology of the acclaimed dance company, Dance Brigade, our goal is to provide GRRRLS with the inspiration, magic and hope that only feminist socio-political dance theater can spark. We desire that inspiration to take root in all and manifest as a thought, word, action or movement towards the creation of a more just and peaceful world.
The program includes daily multiple level classes led by our favorite teachers in ballet, modern, jazz, hip hop, Taiko drumming, yoga, salsa, choreography, spoken word, social awareness and self-empowerment. Students interested in auditioning for one of the Grrrl Brigadecompanies in the fall are strongly encouraged to attend camp. GRRRL Brigade embraces the diversity of the women that make up this world when it comes to race, class, culture and body-type. Week 1: June 15-19
Week 2: June 22-26
Week 2: June 29-July 3
Payment Options: The cost is $250/week (Three weeks is only $675!)
Nonrefundable deposit (goes towards full payment and due with registration) - $100
Full Payment (due no later than June 10)
One week: $250
Two weeks: $500
Three weeks: $675
Kids ages are 9-16 and the time is 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
Childcare will be offered based on demand. Please let us know if this is something that you will need.
It is highly recommended to register early as spaces fill up quickly.

WHAT TO BRING:
- notebook/pen and pencil
- bag lunch with snack, water
- tennis shoes, ballet shoes
- dance clothes (pants/shirt that you can move in, tighter clothes for ballet, i.e. leotard, tights, shorts, tank top)
